Start Transmit

This is to send the parameters to the controller flash memory

    a) When ready to send the settings over to the controller, click Start Transmit on the program. Press the button on the USB-TTL adapter and hold it for 5 seconds after you clicked on the Start Transmit
    b) You will see the result/feedback from the status box on the program indicating it has been transmitted successfully with an OK.

    c) Click on the Stop Transmit on the program

    d) Disconnect the USB-TTL programming adapter into the JST-SM 5 pins connector on the controller's end

    e) Disconnect the USB-TTL programming adapter from your PC

    f) Close the program

Board Type

This is to select the controller board you have:

    a) EB206 = 6 FET controller board

    b) EB209 = 9 FET controller board

    c) EB212 = 12 FET controller board

    d) EB218 = 18 FET controller board

    e) EB224 = 24 FET controller board

Current\Voltage Design

Phase Degree

Motor hall/phase degree > 0 = 120 degree, 1 = 60 degree, 2 = auto select (auto select may not be compatible with certain type of motors)

Phase Current (A)

Motor phase current

Rated Current (A)

Battery to controller current

Halt Voltage (V)

Low voltage cutoff

Tolerance (V)

Allowable voltage differences before the controller protection circuitry is enable to avoid damage

EBS LimVolage (V)

Regenerative Braking Voltage > 55v, 60v, 75v

Speed Mode (optional)

Limit Speed

Limiting speed in percentage

Speed Mode

Choose switch mode if the three way switch is being used

Speed 1

Limiting speed in percentage for speed mode 1

Speed 2

Limiting speed in percentage for speed mode 2

Speed 3

Limiting speed in percentage for speed mode 3

Indicate Mode

not in use

Converse Speed

Limiting reverse speed in percentage

Time \ Others

Block Time (s) in second when to trigger the overload protection when the controller senses overload. It is recommended to set it at 1 second so the controller can protect itself from being damaged as soon as it senses overload.

This option tells the controller

Auto Cruising Time (s) (optional)

This is to enable software featured cruise control in second. For example, when set to second 10; the throttle will stay at the throttle speed when you hold the throttle for 10 second. This feature is not enable and not recommended due to liability reason.

Slip Charge Mode (optional)

This is to enable the regenerative braking at speed 15 KPH/10MPH or above (0 = ON, 1 = OFF)

EBS Level (optional)

This is to select the strength of electric braking system

______________________________

Guard Level (optional)

This is a security feature to prevent the electric bike to stolen by applies electric lock on the hub motor so the motor cannot be push forward or backward easily

Bar Protect

This is to protect the throttle if it senses irregular voltage to prevent throttle from getting damage.

1:1 Design (optional)

This is for use with the pedal assist system, (PAS) module only.

P3 Design (optional)

not in use
